OPTION 2: ORDER A LA CARTE FROM THE Food TRUCK
Your group is welcome to order a la carte or start a tab during your event - just walk up and order at the Mad Man Hospitality pop-up inside Royal Palms. All guests receive matching wristbands for easy billing.
For parties of 15+ guests or for events starting before business hours, we recommend catering.
Standard Business Hours:
Mon–Thu: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Fri: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Sat: 12:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Sun: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Outside catering is only permitted with a full venue buyout and may incur additional fees. Our preferred caterer, Mad Man Hospitality Group, offers full-service catering—including buffets, stations, and passed appetizers.
All catering is contracted and invoiced separately from Royal Palms, directly through our holiday caterer.
Large walk-up à la carte orders of 15+ items are subject to a 30% rush fee to cover gratuity and operational logistics.
