OPTION 1: PRE-ORDER CATERING
Check out the catering menus below and reach out to Nik to place your order. Your catered buffet will be set up within your Cabana Party area with plates, utensils and serving dishes for guests to enjoy! Catering orders must be submitted at least 48 hours before your party. Drop off catering is available for parties at any time.

Order A la carte
during your party or as a walk in
OPTION 2: ORDER A LA CARTE FROM THE pop-up kitchen
On the day of your event, your party is welcome to order a la carte and even start a tab. Everyone in your party will have matching wristbands. Mad Man Hospitality pop-up is located inside Royal Palms and all patrons are welcome to walk up and place their order. We recommend placing a catering order for parties of 15 or more guests.
