We schedule one food truck or pop-up food vendor per day to provide catering and a la carte services. The daily vendor offers a la carte service to all guests. Cabana Parties are welcome to order a la carte, start a tab at the truck (guests will be wrist banded), or place a catering order and pay in advance. Catering orders are generally accepted 48+ hours before the event. Catering tables are set up in your party space.

No outside food is permitted except sweets and cakes. Check the calendar below for the food truck schedule, the truck schedule is released 3-6 weeks out. The daily truck arrives at the start of the first party of the day.
